Felcor Lodging Trust (FCH) Reports In-Line Q2 FFO

Felcor Lodging Trust (NYSE: FCH) reported Q2 FFO of $0.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $241.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $238.18 million.

Same-store RevPAR increased 7.3% over the same period in 2014. RevPAR increased 9.4% in June.

Felcor Lodging Trust sees FY2015 FFO of $0.86 - $0.90, versus the consensus of $0.89.
