Plains All American Pipeline (NYSE: PAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.695 per share, or $2.78 annualized. This is a 7.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.645.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
