Baytex Energy (BTE) Declares C$0.10 Monthly Dividend

Baytex Energy (NYSE: BTE) declared a monthly dividend of C$0.10 per share, or C$1.2 annualized. The U.S. dollar equivalent dividend amount is approximately US$0.0813 per share assuming a foreign exchange rate of $0.8127 USD/CAD.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.
