Gramercy Property Trust (GPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.22; 3.4% Yield

Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
