United-Guardian (UG) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 4.2% to $0.50; 5.4% Yield

United-Guardian (NASDAQ: UG) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.50 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.48.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
