WuXi PharmaTech (WX) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c; Guides Q2 EPS Below Views, Updates FY15 GAAP EPS Outlook

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.36, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $180 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.15 million.

WuXi PharmaTech sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.38 - $0.40, versus the consensus of $0.42. WuXi PharmaTech sees Q2 2015 revenue of $194 - $196 million, versus the consensus of $193.6 million.

For FY15: GAAP diluted earnings per ADS of $1.21-$1.26, compared to previous guidance of $1.31-$1.36
