Marlin Midstream Partners (NASDAQ: FISH) reported Q1 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.83 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.4 million.
The Partnership will change its name to Azure Midstream Partners, LP in the near future and has applied to list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange, trading under the ticker "AZUR."
