Actua Corp. (NASDAQ: ACTA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.10), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.75 million.

Actua Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of ($0.40)-($0.36), versus prior guidance of ($0.41)-($0.37) and the consensus of ($0.39).
