STAG Industrial (STAG) Raises Monthly Dividend 2.2% to $0.115; 6.3% Yield

STAG Industrial (NYSE: STAG) declared a monthly dividend of $0.115 per share, or $1.38 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1125.

The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
