UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2775 per share, or $1.11 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
