New York REIT (NYSE: NYRT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.0383333 per share, or $0.46 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 8, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
