Equity Residential (EQR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.5525; 2.9% Yield

Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5525 per share, or $2.21 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 19, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
