Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.1895 per share, or $2.274 annualized. This is a 0.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.189.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
