Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Declares $0.10 Monthly Dividend; 4.2% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
