Preferred Apartment Communities (NYSE: APTS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $20 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.2 million.

The Company currently projects NFFO to be in the range of $1.11 - $1.19 per share for the full year 2015.
