Prologis (PLD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.36; 3.4% Yield

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
