Avista Corp. (NYSE: AVA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3175.

The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
