Globe Specialty Metals (GSM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.08; 2% Yield

Globe Specialty Metals (NASDAQ: GSM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.075.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 25, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
