Chesapeake Lodging Trust (CHSP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 16.7% to $0.35; 3.6% Yield

Chesapeake Lodging Trust (NYSE: CHSP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
