Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Raises Monthly Dividend 25% to $0.10; 3.9% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
