3M Co. (MMM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 19.9% to $1.025; 2.6% Yield

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.025 per share, or $4.1 annualized. This is a 19.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.855.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
