Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.84, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $282.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $285.9 million.

Verint Systems sees FY2015 EPS of $3.65-$3.85, versus the consensus of $3.42. Verint Systems sees FY2015 revenue of $1.14-1.165 billion, versus the consensus of $1.16 billion.
