Nordson Corp (NDSN) Declares $0.22 Quarterly Dividend; Announces $300M Stock Buyback

Nordson Corp (NASDAQ: NDSN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 17, 2014. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.

The Board also has authorized a new $300 million share repurchase program, effective December 16, 2014. This new program will replace the Board’s August 2013 $200 million share repurchase program, under which approximately $183 million in Nordson shares have been repurchased and settled through November 28, 2014.
