TJX Executives Enter 10b5-1 Trading Plan
On August 20, 2008, TJX Companies (NYSE: TJX) Donald G. Campbell, Vice Chairman, Ernie Herrman, Senior Executive Vice President and Group President, and Jerry Rossi, Senior Executive Vice President and Group President, and on August 21, 2008, Bernard Cammarata, Chairman of the Board, and Arnold Barron, Senior Executive Vice President and Group President, all of The TJX Companies, Inc. (“TJX”), entered into trading plans in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Options will be exercised and shares will be sold under the plans on the open market over the periods of time and according to the other parameters set forth under the applicable trading plan.
The TJX Companies, Inc. is an off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the United States and worldwide.
