NEW YORK (Reuters) - Women at average risk for breast cancer should get screening mammograms every other year starting at age 40, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) said on Tuesday, cementing insurance coverage for the procedure for that age group under the law.
The USPSTF's influential recommendation, published in JAMA, reverses its controversial 2009 guidance that breast cancer screening begin at age 50.

BAKU (Reuters) - An Azerbaijani pro-democracy activist was placed in pre-trial custody on Tuesday on smuggling charges he denied in the latest of a series of cases that have prompted Western concern about free speech and human rights.

BOGOTA (Reuters) - Colombia's inflation in April is expected to hit 0.59%, extending its deceleration and taking 12-month consumer price growth to its lowest level in 27 months, according to the median of a Reuters poll published on Tuesday.
Inflation estimates for April from 20 analysts ranged from 0.45% and 0.71%.

(Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase has expanded the roles of some executives in its sales department, the bank said in an internal memo seen by Reuters on Tuesday.
Matthieu Wiltz will become the sole head of credit, securitized products group and public finance sales. He was previously the co-head of the business alongside Howard Rothberg, who is leaving after nearly 21 years at the bank.
