LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's financial regulator has approved WisdomTree's bid to list exchange-traded products (ETPs) backed by cryptocurrencies bitcoin and ether on the London Stock Exchange, the asset manager said on Wednesday ahead of an expected launch this month.

(Reuters) - Intercontinental Exchange Inc (ICE) will pay a $10 million penalty to settle charges its subsidiaries failed to immediately alert the Securities and Exchange Commission of a cyber intrusion incident, the SEC said on Wednesday.
In a statement, the SEC said that in April 2021, ICE discovered someone had installed a malicious code into a VPN device used to remotely access the corporate network.

PRAGUE (Reuters) - The Czech Constitutional Court rejected on Wednesday a petition by an Indian man trying to avoid extradition to the United States, which suspects him of involvement in an unsuccessful plot to kill a Sikh separatist on American soil.
A final decision on whether to extradite Nikhil Gupta will be made by Justice Minister Pavel Blazek.
