BOGOTA (Reuters) - A collapse in Colombia's tax collection is setting off alarm bells for the market, which says the government will need to contend with an estimated budget shortfall of some 27 trillion pesos, about $6.9 billion, this year.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Qatar, which has been mediating on Gaza between Israel and Hamas, stressed on Tuesday that there should be a clear position from both parties to reach a ceasefire deal.

BEIJING (Reuters) - China has granted approval to a first group of nine automakers to carry out tests on vehicles with advanced autonomous driving technologies on public roads, as part of a plan to accelerate adoption of self-driving cars.

BERLIN (Reuters) - German police are searching for possible weapons depots of suspects close to the far-right 'Reichsbuerger' group that plotted to overthrow the government, Spiegel magazine reported on Tuesday.
