(Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a bid backed by a conservative Christian legal group to challenge a Maryland school district's policy against informing parents if their children identify as transgender or gender nonconforming.

(Reuters) - Grayscale Investments on Monday said it has appointed Goldman Sachs executive Peter Mintzberg as its Chief Executive Officer, effective mid-August, weeks after the digital asset manager withdrew its application for Ethereum futures ETF.
Mintzberg succeeds Michael Sonnenshein, who has stepped down from the position to pursue other interests, the company said.

ABUJA (Reuters) - A Nigerian judge denied separatist leader Nnamdi Kanu bail for the second time in two months on Monday and also dismissed his application to be moved to prison from custody of the Department of State Services (DSS), a security agency.
Kanu, a British citizen who leads the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) movement, was first arrested in 2015 but disappeared from Nigeria while on bail in 2017.
