THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The British lawyer and prosecutor who helped end a U.S. policy against the International Criminal Court on Monday requested an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, putting his office back on a collision course with Washington.

(Reuters) - Trump Media and Technology Group, the operator of the social media app Truth Social, saw a wider loss in the first quarter due to certain non-cash expenses it incurred prior to closing its merger with a blank-check company.
Net loss for the three months ended March 31 was $327.6 million, the company said on Monday, compared to $210,300 the year before.

(Reuters) - Peloton Interactive said on Monday it will sell $275 million of convertible notes due 2029 as the fitness equipment maker looks to refinance its debt and return to growth after 13 straight quarters of losses.
Shares of Peloton were down 11.9% after the bell.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico's headline inflation likely ticked up in the first half of May for the third consecutive fortnight, a Reuters poll showed on Monday, fueling bets the Bank of Mexico will hold its key interest rate steady at its next monetary policy meeting.
The median forecast of 10 analysts projects annual headline inflation of 4.79% for the first half of May, slightly up from 4.67% in the second half of April.

(Reuters) -GSK has been sued by an independent Connecticut laboratory that accused the drugmaker of defrauding the U.S. government and taxpayers by concealing cancer risks in Zantac, once a blockbuster heartburn drug.
In a whistleblower complaint filed on Monday, Valisure said GSK violated the federal False Claims Act by hiding the risks for nearly four decades while Medicare, Medicaid and other health programs covered... (continue reading...)
