MOSCOW (Reuters) - HSBC has completed the sale of its Russian unit to Expobank, the Russian lender said on Wednesday.
Russian President Vladimir Putin in February gave approval for HSBC's asset sale to privately owned Expobank to go ahead.
HSBC announced in June 2022 that it had agreed to sell a 100% stake in the unit, HSBC Bank (RR) LLC, to Expobank.

(Reuters) - BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust has become the world's largest fund for the original cryptocurrency, racking up nearly $20 billion in total assets since listing in the U.S. at the start of the year, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.
The exchange-traded fund held $19.68 billion of token on Tuesday, overtaking Grayscale Bitcoin Trust's $19.65 billion, report said, citing data compiled by Bloomberg.

(Reuters) - Aethon Energy will acquire Tellurian's upstream assets for $260 million and purchase two million tons per annum (mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from its Driftwood LNG plant, the companies said on Wednesday.
Shares of Tellurian were up 6.1% in premarket trading.
