KYIV (Reuters) - Ukrainian air defence and mobile drone hunters groups shot down nine out of 13 Russian drones over four regions of the country, the air force said on Saturday.
The Iranian-made Shahed drones were downed over the central Poltava region, southeastern Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and the Kharkiv region in the northeast, the statement said. One X-59 Russian missile launched from Russia's Kursk region was also downed.

HANOI (Reuters) - Police in Vietnam have arrested two well-known Vietnamese Facebook users on charges of abusing democratic freedoms, the government said on Saturday, as a major leadership reshuffle in the Communist-ruled country is settling down.
Ex-reporter Truong Huy San, 62, and lawyer Tran Dinh Trien, 65, were arrested on accusations of "abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the state", the government said in a statement.

(Reuters) -Retired astronaut William Anders, who was one of the first three humans to orbit the moon, capturing the famed "Earthrise" photo during NASA's Apollo 8 mission in 1968, died on Friday in the crash of a small airplane in Washington state. He was 90.
