(Reuters) - Billionaire Bill Ackman's Pershing Square Capital Management said on Monday it has sold a 10% stake for $1.05 billion to a consortium of investors.
The stake sale is a precursor to a potential initial public offering that could happen next year or in 2026.
About $500 million of the money raised from the investors will anchor Pershing Square USA, Ackman's new investment portfolio in the United States, which will be listed on... (continue reading...)

DUBAI (Reuters) - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi reappointed Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on Monday to form a new government after the latter submitted his cabinet's resignation, following Sisi's reelection for a third term last year, the presidency said in a statement.

LONDON (Reuters) -The British government says it intends to begin deporting asylum seekers on July 23, court documents showed on Monday, although the controversial scheme is dependent on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's Conservative parties winning the upcoming election.
