LONDON (Reuters) - Animal rights activists on Tuesday targeted the first official portrait of Britain's King Charles since he became monarch, pasting a large image of the well-known animated character 'Wallace' over his face, in a protest about welfare on farms.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Cigna's CFO Brian Evanko said the company's "outpatient dynamic" was impacted by the Change Healthcare hack which disrupted claims during the first quarter of 2024.

(Reuters) - France's Mistral AI has raised 600 million euros ($643.7 million) in a funding round led by existing investor General Catalyst, it said on Tuesday, as AI continues to draw the bulk of technology-focused venture capital funds.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States on Tuesday imposed sanctions on Guyanese mining magnate Nazar Mohamed and his son over allegations the two men defrauded Guyana's government of tax revenues and bribed public officials, the Treasury Department said.
The sanctions, which target three of the men's companies as well as a Guyanese government official, fall under an executive order aimed at stemming corruption and human rights abuses.
