UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday named and shamed Israel's armed and security forces, Palestinian militants Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and Sudan's warring parties for killing and maiming children in 2023, adding them to an annual global list of offenders for violations against children.

(Reuters) - Debt-laden French tech group Atos said on Tuesday it has entered exclusive negotiations for selling its Worldgrid unit for an enterprise value of 270 million euros ($289.93 million) to engineering consulting group Alten.

(Reuters) -Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk on Tuesday moved to dismiss his lawsuit in California state court accusing ChatGPT maker OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman of abandoning the startup's original mission of developing artificial intelligence for the benefit of humanity and not for profit.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The city council of Eindhoven, Netherlands, on Tuesday voted in favor of an initial agreement with computer chip equipment maker ASML to start planning a major expansion in the city's north.
