NEW YORK - Donald Trump's defense lawyers on Tuesday rested their case at his criminal trial on charges stemming from hush money paid to a porn star without calling the former U.S. president as a witness.

(Reuters) - Toyota Motor's North America arm is seeking tax relief for a potential $531.7 million investment in its Texas facility, the San Antonio Express-News reported citing public record filings on Tuesday.
The Japanese automaker plans to construct a new building, add 411 jobs and potentially expand its existing plant in San Antonio, Texas that manufactures the Toyota Tundra pickup truck and Sequoia SUV, the report said.

(Reuters) - Oil producer Hess on Tuesday said it is currently facing three lawsuits alleging inadequate disclosures over its proposed sale to Chevron.
Chevron last October offered to acquire Hess in a move to gain a foothold in oil-rich Guyana's lucrative offshore fields. However, the deal has been stalled due to a conflict with Exxon Mobil and pending regulatory approval by the Federal Trade Commission.

(Reuters) - Amazon.com's cloud services unit has paused orders of Nvidia's most advanced "superchip" to wait for a more powerful new model, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
The new model called Blackwell, the chip sector heavyweight's new flagship AI processor, is expected to ship later this year, Nvidia said in March.
