Shorts Exit Micron (MU), Shares Higher
Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) is seeing interest this morning possibly on reports that it had one of the largest decreases in short interest on Nasdaq, down 17.4% to 51,458,947.
Shares of MU are up 2.1 percent to $9.61.
Others that saw a big decrease in short interest on NASDAQ were YRC Worldwide (Nasdaq: YRCW) -63.4%, People's United Financial (Nasdaq: PBCT) -53.5%, Amgen Inc (Nasdaq: AMGN) -27.1%, and E*Trade Financial (Nasdaq: ETFC) -6.5%.
