Into a revamp of its MacBook line, Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) upstream suppliers expect to see 20 percent sequential growth in orders during the current quarer.
Digitimes reported that the next-generation series of MacBook will get mainly specification upgrades to Intel's (Nasdaq: INTC) Haswell platform. The new product will debut at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June.
Given the no major updates are planned, upstream suppliers suspect that orders might stay flow-to-grow slightly this year.
Shares of Apple are indicated lower in early trading.
