Orexigen (OREX) Pops Higher on Analyst Upgrade; Volatility Up

Orexigen Therapeutics (Nasdaq: OREX) is ripping higher out of the gate Thursday, following positive late-day news tied to Arena Pharma's (Nasdaq: ARNA) lorcaserin weight-loss drug Wednesday. JPMorgan upgraded the stock to Overweight earlier.

Volatility is up 77.5 percent with shares about 12 percent positive on the session early.
