Haynesville and Marcellus Shale Plays are 'In Play' Today Following EXCO (XCO) Takeover Offer

Speculators are asking "who's next" in the 'Oil & Gas - Exploration & Production' sector following news this morning that EXCO Resources (NYSE: XCO) has received a $20.50/per share takeover offer from its CEO Douglas H. Miller. The takeover offer represented a 38% premium to Friday's close.

EXCO has interest in two of the hottest natural gas play in the U.S. - The Haynesville Shale and the Marcellus Shale.
