Google (GOOG) Said to Restock Red Hot Nexus 4 Smartphone Today

If you were waiting to buy Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) much-hyped Nexus 4 smartphone (built by LG), you'd be out of luck. Over the last two-weeks, the device has been largely out of stock.
However, after weeks of waiting, Google said the device will be back in stock at 12:00pm EST (9:00am PST). The 8-gigabyte (GB) and 16-GB units sell for $299 and $349, respectively. But, they come unlocked, meaning you can use any carrier you want.
Currently, at 12:09pm EST, the Google Play store shows the device still sold out in both sizes.
Shares of Google are up 1.2 percent in afternoon trading Tuesday.
