Apple (AAPL) Expected To Start Tablet Shipments In March

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) will unveil its highly-rumored table device later this month with shipments to start in March, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
Sources cited by the Journal stated that the device will sport a 10-to-11 inch touch screen and analysts estimate that it will be priced at around $1,000.
The sources indicated that they have been working on two material finishes for the device but were unclear if there would indeed be multiple versions of the tablet.
Shares of Apple are up $3.75 on the day to $214.58 after the market close.
