Best-Case is Political Greek Aid Deal; ECB Worried About Outflows from Greek Banks - EU Official (GREK) (NBG)

One EU official spoke to reporters in Luxembourg today. In part, the official commented:

• ECB worried about outflows from Greek banks
• Best-case is political Greek aid deal
• Euro summit sought partly to curb bank outflows
• ECB didn't say Greek banks might not open Monday
• It's hard to seek how a deal with Greece would be reached fast
• Several more days of technical work will be needed if deal is to be reached
