HMS Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMSY) will replace MGI PHARMA Inc. (NASDAQ: MOGN) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, January 22. MOGN is being acquired by S&P Global 1200 constituent Eisai Co. in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
