XATA, Digi International Sign Partner Agreement

XATA Corporation (Nasdaq: XATA) announced it has signed a partner services agreement with Digi International (Nasdaq: DGII). Under this pact, Digi will supply select on-truck hardware to support XATA's next-generation onboard communications technology.

"Digi International has an outstanding reputation for reliable hardware products that enable wireless, machine-to-machine connectivity," said Tom Flies, senior vice president of product management at XATA. "This partnership leverages Digi's strength, allowing XATA to focus more specifically on fleet performance and optimization software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications for the trucking industry."
