Brawl in the Corn Pits
Tempers in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange's corn pits flared Tuesday as a trader allegedly “took” someone else's trade. Traders tweeted a real-time blow-by-blow account of the action.
After taking the trade, the winning bidder then squeezed the other person’s cheeks, implying that he was being a baby.
The exchanged ended in what observers described as a "brawl" in the corn pits. No serious injuries were reported, and business went on as usual shortly after the fight ended.
