Navistar International (NAVZ) Expects Relisting on NYSE

Navistar International Corporation (OTC: NAVZ) plans to release its first and second quarter 2008 Form 10-Q financial filings by the end of June, fulfilling an earlier commitment to investors to complete these filings by mid-year.

"With the filing of our first two quarterly reports for 2008 we will be current with our financial reporting as we have pledged to our shareholders," said Dan Ustian, Navistar chairman, president and CEO. "We expect to be relisted by the New York Stock Exchange shortly after we complete these filings and we look forward to being back on the Big Board where our stock has been listed for more than 99 years."

Navistar International Corporation (NIC) is a holding company that operates through its principal operating subsidiaries, Navistar, Inc. and Navistar Financial Corporation (NFC). The Company operates in four segments: Truck, Engine, Parts, and Financial Services, which consists of NFC and its foreign finance operations. [SM]
