Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELL) entered into an agreement whereby Brightpoint will use Synchronoss's (Nasdaq: SNCR) ConvergenceNow software platform for the activation of certain wireless devices.
Under the Agreement, Brightpoint will be able to add an integrated online activation service to its seamless integrated solution for the telecommunications and consumer electronics industry that includes order capture, order management, fulfillment, and distribution of devices, mobile enhancements and content throughout North America and other areas.
