smokeless tobacco products and premium wines. It operates in two
segments, Smokeless Tobacco and Wine. The Smokeless Tobacco segment
manufactures and markets moist products under Copenhagen, Skoal, Red
Seal, Husky, and Rooster names; and dry products under Bruton, CC, and
Red Seal names. The Wine segment produces and distributes premium varietal and blended
wines under Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest, and Domaine Ste.
Michelle brand names for the United States market, as well as under
Villa Mt. Eden and Conn Creek brand names for California and Erath
brand name for Oregon market.
