at 01:45 PM not true STARS program was implemented to have store staff take more responsibility for their stores. Weeds in the cracks is an unprofessional look, but they do not get no bonus simply because of that. STARS is paying out more in bonus than before it was implemented last year. Sounds like an employee who doesn't know how to keep his/her store clean is the one complaining. Some stores have already made over $3K this year from STARS. By the way, the regular bonus structure that was in place before is still there. If you meet your goals or exceed on certain things, you get bonus, plain and simple.

at 07:16 PM Sovran SSS It bothers me to know that Sovran has all these millions to burn on new propertys and they dont take care of their employees my understanding is their health insurance is "self Insured" and one of their Ct. employees is suffering from cancer and owes over 20 thousand dollors in doctor bills becouse Sovran has a "self insured health plan "and doesnt pay the health bill. They nickel and dime employees with when it comes to raises, when employees earn a bonus for doing well financialy they have this bogus " STARS" program that write up employees for little things like weeds growing through cracks on the property ,the Stars prorgam was invented by Sovran Corp.to null and void the bonuses that were honestly earned by hard working employees ,Im selling my stock in SSS
