Panera Bread why it will do good in future Panera Bread is the biggest café-bakery chain in the country. Its signature, specialty breads and affordable, gourmet food selections put Panera Bread in a class all its own. Panera Bread is different from other food chains because it prides itself on producing high-quality, fresh baked breads everyday at every Panera Bread location; using the best ingredients to make the breads from scratch. http://en.oboulo.com/summary?id=45638

Cramer is truly clueless... Where to begin with Panera's problems... I liked Panera the first 4-5 times I ate there. Now, I view it as the most ridiculous $10 lunch around. If you get a drink and a decent salad/sand/soup combo you've spent $10 are are most likely still hungry. The dramatic increase in the price of bagels is also a total disaster. Since my grocery stores blow I might go in there for a loaf of bread once in awhile, but I'm not sure the food is much better than other bad chains like the Boudin Bakeries in Bay Area. I'd avoid this stock like the Plague....

Just the hype The food quality of Panera is so so, and they are charging sit in restaurant price. Now it is busier than a McDonald's and the staffs make mistakes on order, reduced quality. There is no reason for me to go there anymore. If I want to pay this price I'd go somewhere that is a real restaurant. Togo and Quizno's are better for the price.
